Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Louot and Company. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund or exchange policy within  2-3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours to 48 hours.

2. Returns

If you need to return an item for an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service team at louot@suport.com to initiate the return process. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and the necessary details for shipping the item back to us.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

3. Cancellation

    • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at 6284996009.
    • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return according to our return policy.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability. Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will ship the exchanged item to you promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective. These include:

  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Books

6. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
